Pin & Bevel is a practical guide to drawer-slide repair, replacement and upgrades for home cabinets and furniture.

Start with the drawer you have

A drawer that sticks does not automatically need new slides. Our guides and Drawer Slide Planner help you identify the construction, check visible problems and choose the next useful step. When replacement or an upgrade makes sense, we help you identify the measurements and manufacturer information needed before buying.

What the guidance can—and cannot—tell you

Similar-looking hardware is not proof of compatibility. Load ratings, clearances, drilling patterns and attachment details can depend on the exact system. We distinguish general checks from model-specific information and link to manufacturer sources where relevant. The Planner does not inspect your furniture or certify a proposed installation.

How to use the site

Start with the Planner, the guide to slide types or the measurement guide. You can read the static instructions without completing a tool.
